Spaniard Accidentally Accumulates $172 Million Tax Bill

IRS e-Filing Beats Facebook in Customer Satisfaction

Despite being found to “need improvement” by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), the IRS e-filing website still outranked Facebook, the number one website in the country, when it comes to user satisfaction, the 2010 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) E-Business Report found.
