NYS to Hold Webinars on Managing Clients’ Online Accounts

The Tax Department is offering a series of free webinars to help tax professionals learn how to create and manage Online Services accounts.  These accounts help preparers comply with new state e-filing rules that require tax professionals to file virtually all state tax forms online.

 
The Tax Department is presenting two repeat sessions of its webinar, How to Manage Your Tax Clients' Online Accounts:
 
January 24, 2012 (2:00 to 4:00 p.m.)
No pre-registration is necessary.  Access the webinar on the Tax Department website no more than 20 minutes before its scheduled start time.
 
January 31, 2012 (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
You may pre-register for this webinar and access it on the Tax Department website no more than 20 minutes before its scheduled start time.
 
Preparers can participate in the audio portion by calling 218-895-2222 and using passcode 7052826. Those having technical problems joining or registering can call iLinc support at 800-799-4510.
